Work Activities:

• Organise all Mechanics and other Service staff
• Plan installations of products to Customers equipment or Facilities (such as Fire Systems, Lube Systems etc)
• Plan human resource requirements for future Installations etc
• Manage Inventory to ensure Products are available to sell
• Plan and implement Product Training for all Products represented by company
• Handle warranty claims by customers and process to Supplier/Principle
• Prepare Monthly Report of all product Support activities

Requirement:

- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent english – written / spoken
- Managing a team of mechanical workers
- At least 10 years work experience
- Prefer Female
