"Take full accountability for the procurement administration of packages (including materials management)
Interface with technical End Users to identify scope, agree an appropriate procurement strategy including clear timeframes/milestones.
Hold multiple stakeholder parties accountable for deliverables and participation during the procurement process.
Lead the commercial evaluation of tenders
Lead the preparation of internal recommendations prior to contract award
Conform robust contracts including Special Conditions were negotiated
Perform all administration duties for assigned packages (progress claims and invoicing, assessment of time/cost variation claims, foresee potential commercial risks or non-conformance with the contract terms)
Ensure all procurement and contract administration activities are performed in accordance with the strict project governance frameworks
Ability to learn and utilize the mandated contract management system (Omnicom) in a disciplined manner
Fostering and operating in a diverse team. Actively sharing experience across the team
Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the procurement and contract lifecycle
Ability to escalate potential issues to the Manager with a ‘solutions based’ approach
Demonstrate a high degree of contractual and commercial acumen
Provide coverage for other team members whilst on rostered leave. This includes taking full accountability for team members’ packages for a short period whilst maintaining your own workload.
Reviewing all documents from a project’s perspective, utilizing this experience to ensure that RT’s commercial position is optimized
Providing assistance to the Principal Advisor in respect of commercial issues
Leading contract negotiations; including relative correspondence between Company and external organizations and contractors
Reviewing and contributing to the development of (1) scopes of work and conditions of contract for key site contracts and (2) project contracting strategies and plans

Requirements:
Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
Business and Commerce degree, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Materials Management, Project Management, Finance, Law.
5 + years of procurement, contract administration and project environment experience.
Must be able to work in a “Major Project” environment. This includes managing concurrent packages (7-10) at different stages of both procurement and contract phases. This environment is high paced, driven by schedule and requires an ability to prioritise tasks.
